  When I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments
  are added- checkbox and from now on each time a
  comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact
  same comment. Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?

  First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
